Key points:
Step are sequential for each face value.
(Face value) vouchers can only be bought once at each step.
Example campaign: You could set the following parameters for a voucher campaign
Face values (there is no order)
Loyalty steps (these are ordered)
Step 1 = 10%
Step 2 = 20%
Step 3 = 30%
A customer browsing the app or website can choose to purchase any of the three face value vouchers.
If they decide they would like the £100 voucher, then they first buy it at Step 1, and so pay you £90 for it (since the discount is 10%).
The customer can then buy the £100 voucher at the Step 2 discount (20%) and pay £80. OR, the customer can purchase one of the other vouchers (£50 or £90) although they would only receive the Step 1 discount (10%).
Customers can only buy each of the face vouchers at each step once. Therefore, for each of your campaigns, a customer can buy 9 vouchers. If you have more than one campaign, that customer is free to purchase from those campaigns too.
