Pausing a campaign lasts 24 hours, and means that no new customers can make any purchases, although customers who are eligible for step 2 or 3 vouchers can still make purchases. Your campaign will be hidden from the main homescreen of the app and website.


Pausing can be done by navigating to your dashboard, scrolling to the table at the bottom, clicking on “Details” link and then “Pause”. You can undo this if you press it by accident or change your mind.
