Stopping a campaign means that no customers can make any purchases. Any vouchers that have already been bought are still valid.

Your campaign will be removed from the main homescreen of the app and website, as well as the rewards/vouchers unlocked screens for users who have already purchased Step 1 & 2 vouchers.

You can request to stop a campaign by navigating to your dashboard, scrolling to the table at the bottom, clicking on “Details” link and then “Request stop”. We will get back to you as soon as we can. In the meantime, you can also press “Pause” to stop new customers buying vouchers. You can undo both if you press them by accident or change your mind.

Please remember, customers may buy your vouchers initially because your loyalty steps are attractive to them. If you stop campaigns with a high completion rate for Step 1, but not yet for steps 2 & 3, customers may be put off from purchasing from you in the future. We ask that you consider alternatives before doing this, such as creating new campaigns to run alongside these, or waiting a fair amount of time to allow customers to purchase subsequent steps if they would like.
