When you set the "Campaign value", you are setting the amount of vouchers (by total face value) you're offering to be sold at each step.

As customers buy these vouchers at the different steps, the allotment available is used up. This is shown in the "Campaign Completion" columns on your dashboard table.

For example, if you set the "Campaign value" to be £10,000, and app users have bought a total of £5,000 Step 1 vouchers, £2,500 Step 2 vouchers, and £1,000 Step 3 vouchers, then the campaign completion metrics would be as follows:

  • Step 1 completion: 50% (£5,000/£10,000 = 50%)

  • Step 2 completion: 25% (£2,500/£10,000 = 25%)

  • Step 3 completion: 10% (£1,000/£10,000 = 10%)

  • Total completion: 28% (£8,500/£30,000 = 28.3%)

If the amount left to be purchased in each step is less than the face value of any of the vouchers for sale in that campaign, then the campaign will also show as completed.
