If your campaign status shows a "Connection Error", then the "payments connection" and/or the "website connection" may have become interrupted. This will be shown by a red circle, instead of a green circle (which shows a live connection).

  • If there is an issue with the website connection: Please undo any changes you made in the "Website Connection" tab, or on your website, that may have affected the connection.

  • If there is an issue with the payments connection: Please try to rectify any changes you made in your Stripe account.
