What do the campaign statuses in the dashboard mean?

Here is a list of the dashboard statuses for your campaign(/s).
Live | Campaign is running on the apps and website. |
Paused new | For 24h, your campaign will not be shown to new customers, and will be hidden from all voucher categories except rewards/vouchers unlocked. You can cancel this from the same place it was initiated. |
Paused all | Your campaign has been halted and removed from the apps and website. |
Expired (stopped) | Your request to stop the campaign has been accepted, or Steppr has stopped this campaign. Please let us know if there has been an error. |
Expired (completed) | All vouchers have been bought for this campaign (congratulations). |
Expired (denied) | New campaign request has been cancelled by you or denied by Steppr. |
- | Campaign is currently being requested. We'll get back to you asap. |
Connection error | Campaign is temporarily halted due to a connection error. Please check payments and website indicator to understand the cause and rectify. |
