How do I choose, upgrade or downgrade a plan?

You can select, upgrade or downgrade your plan through the Stripe Customer Portal, which you can access from your Partner Account.
Upgrading charges the plan difference immediately (since you can use the entire VouchReach sending amount for that plan).
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
These actions follow Stripe’s billing-cycle rules.
On the free plan, we may keep a payment method on file (managed by Stripe) so you can upgrade instantly. However, you can also contact us to cancel your plan completely.
