You can select, upgrade or downgrade your plan through the Stripe Customer Portal, which you can access from your Partner Account.

  • Upgrading charges the plan difference immediately (since you can use the entire VouchReach sending amount for that plan).

  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

These actions follow Stripe’s billing-cycle rules.


On the free plan, we may keep a payment method on file (managed by Stripe) so you can upgrade instantly. However, you can also contact us to cancel your plan completely.
