What does ‘Payments Disabled’ mean?

If you are seeing a “View Payments (Payments disabled)” button in your Payments tab, this means that you have not completed the minimum onboarding information required by Stripe to setup your account, and you will not be able to accept payments from customers. For this reason, you will not be able to create voucher campaigns on Steppr, since customers are not able to pay you.
In order to rectify this and complete the information required, please click the “View Payments (Payments Disabled)” button to resume the Stripe onboarding process. Once you are done, the button should be renamed "View Payments".
