When a customer buys a voucher from you, your Partner Account usually updates to display the transaction details within a matter of seconds. However, sometimes it can take a little longer for the various connected systems to pass information to each other and update your account.


For the same reason, your own website platform may not immediately show the voucher code generated as a result of a customer purchase. Don’t worry, the voucher will still be able to be used in the meantime, usually it’s just the user-facing displays that need time to be updated.
