When and what am I paid?

As soon as a customer purchases a voucher or gift (voucher + gifting service) from you on our app or website, the payment is sent to your Stripe account.
Standard vouchers & not gifted: Excluding any transaction fees and taxes, you keep the whole voucher price paid by the customer.
Standard vouchers & gifted: Steppr takes a gifting fee (equal to the gifting price paid by the customer), still leaving you with the whole voucher price.
Optional voucher types: May carry a clearly labelled commission, e.g. 10%. These are able to be turned on/off in your settings (Basic Information tab) at any time, and are designed to provide customers with more choice.
Your payout schedule governs when that money is transferred from your Stripe account to your bank account.
