You can do this from the “Payments” tab in your account. If more than 14 days have elapsed since purchase, you will only be able to refund the voucher portion of a gift.


Please be aware that refunding a voucher is not the same as cancelling a voucher. Refunding a voucher does not render the voucher void (the voucher will most likely still be able to be redeemed).


You have further control over refunds in your payment processor (Stripe) account, although enacting more nuanced events such as partial refunds may lead to slight inaccuracies in your Steppr account display.
