Why do customer cards keep getting declined?

Please look at your Stripe account to see what information is displayed, in order to understand the cause. If there is something wrong, aside from typical customer issues (like bad internet or data connections), you may need to contact Stripe directly.
You may contact us too but it is unlikely we will be able to help since we do not handle the payment processing. Stripe handles this, and the payment is sent directly from the customer to you.
