Stripe may show different payment information than your Partner Account on Steppr (in both your Dashboard and Payments tabs). This is why we state on your Partner Account that the values we display are indicative, and may not be absolutely correct. Please ensure to monitor your Stripe account. The causes of difference can include:

  • Delays: In Stripe's own words, "In live mode, refunds are asynchronous: a refund can appear to succeed and later fail, or can appear as pending at first and later succeed."

  • Refunds from Stripe account: We advise you to enact refunds from your Partner Account on Steppr. If you enact refunds (whether full or partial) directly from your Stripe account, there will be discrepancies in your Partner Account display. 

  • Stripe fees: Such as their transaction fees.

  • Other technical issues and nuances.
