If the "Connect Stripe Account" button is showing "Stripe account disconnected. To connect a new Stripe account, you need to create a new account on Steppr.", there are 2 main scenarios:

  1. You've just clicked the button to setup your Stripe account for the first time: Don't worry, just go ahead and click the button again. You may need to allow popups.

  2. You've just deleted your Stripe account: You will need to follow the notification and create a new account on Steppr if you would like to use our service, since you cannot connect another Stripe account (which would mess up all the reporting information for your account).
