Within your account's Payments tab:

  • Gifting: Details the type of gifting service selected by customer. Currently only email gifting is offered ('Bespoke Email Service').

  • Gifting price (£): Price customer pays you for the gifting service, which Steppr then charges you as a fee for using the gifting tool.

  • Resend email: You can enter a new email address to resend the gift email to if needed - for example, if a customer contacts you to say the original email was sent to the wrong email address.


Please note, you are not able to see the customer's original message to the recipient, the recipient's name or email address, or when the gift was scheduled for. Please contact Steppr if you need additional information.


As well as on your Steppr account, you will also be able to see the customer payments to you, for vouchers and gifts, on your Stripe account.
