What do “Claim by” and “Redeem by” mean? Print

‘Claim by’ is the deadline for customers to claim the voucher. You may cancel the offer before this date.

‘Redeem by’ is the deadline for customers to use a claimed voucher. Once claimed, vouchers must be honoured until this date. Both dates are set by you when creating a VouchReach campaign.
